The National News Agency reported that two masked individuals, shortly before midnight on Monday, followed the brothers who own a money exchange shop in Jounieh Square to their home in the Ghadeer area of Jounieh. They attacked them with sharp objects to the head and stole an amount of money totaling $12,000 and 20 million Lebanese pounds, then fled to an unknown location. Security forces from the Jounieh station promptly arrived at the scene and began investigations to identify the perpetrators.
