The school principal stated in a message sent to parents: "Dear Parents, after the ceiling collapse of a room in the school and when the health and lives of the students are a trust, and when the conscience is a humanitarian educational one and not commercial, I would like to inform you that I am no longer present at the school from now on, and the administration has been handed over again to Mr. (K. Q.)."
