The Iraqi Ministry of Oil announced in a statement today, Sunday, that Emirates Oil Company Al Hilal has won the rights to operate two oil fields in the country's fifth licensing round for crude oil and gas. The ministry added in the statement that another company won the rights to the Al Huwaysa oil field in the fifth oil and gas licensing round.
