The Israeli Embassy in Britain announced on Sunday that a British citizen has gone missing after the Palestinian Islamic resistance movement Hamas attacked a music festival near Gaza. The embassy stated that information has been cut off from Jake Marlow (26 years old) since the early hours of Saturday morning. His mother, Lisa, told Jewish News that he was participating in securing one of the events, adding that their last communication was via text message. She shared, "He was helping to secure this dance music festival and called me at 4:30 AM to tell me that all those rockets are flying overhead. Then, at around 5:30 AM, he sent a text saying (the signal is very bad, everything is okay, I will keep you updated, I promise you that), and that he loves me." Israeli Ambassador to Britain, Tzipi Hotovely, earlier told Sky News that one British citizen is in Gaza without specifying the name. She added, "What I know is that Israel is doing everything it can to ensure the release of all hostages currently being held by Hamas."
