Israeli Channel 12 reported "the launch of two rockets from Lebanon towards the settlement of Margaliot in the Galilee." On another front, the Israeli army targeted a main airfield used by Hezbollah and Iran in Qalaat Jabar, Lebanon, which was utilized to conduct aerial attacks against Israel, marking a significant escalation between the two sides, as reported by the Jerusalem Post. Last September, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant revealed "images showing the joint airbase between Hezbollah and Iran in southern Lebanon, located about 20 kilometers from the Israeli border." The Iranian flag can be seen flying on the runways of the airbase, which the party uses to plan attacks.
