Title: Moscow Threatens to Strike Kyiv, Berlin, London, and Washington with Nuclear Weapons

Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev warned that any attempt to bring Russia back to its 1991 borders would force it to use its strategic nuclear arsenal to strike Kyiv, Berlin, London, and Washington. Medvedev wrote on his Telegram page: "The collapse of Russia will lead to far worse consequences than the results of a regular war or any long-term conflict. Attempts to return Russia to its 1991 borders will only lead to one thing: a world war with Western countries using the Russian strategic nuclear arsenal to strike Kyiv, Berlin, London, Washington, and all the other historically beautiful places long listed as targets of our nuclear triad." Medvedev urged Western countries to return everything to Russia before it is too late, or else Russia will retrieve it with the maximum possible losses for the enemy, as occurred in Avdiivka. The Russian Defense Ministry announced the liberation of the strategic city of Avdiivka in the Donetsk Republic, stating that this will push Kyiv forces away from Donetsk and prevent shelling from the Ukrainian side.
