The press office of the Belarusian Ministry of Defense announced today, Monday, that the armed forces are undergoing a combat readiness inspection for military formations and units in the Belarusian army. The statement said: "The inspection process is characterized by comprehensive testing. The military personnel will be required to move to designated areas, deploy there, and conduct a series of military training exercises, including live ammunition firing."
According to the statement, during the inspection, the movement of military equipment will be monitored, and there may be temporary restrictions on civilian transportation on roads and public areas. Earlier, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko stated that if the West continues to assist Ukraine as it currently does, the days of this state will be numbered, and the Ukrainian army is well aware of that. Previously, the Belarusian president noted that NATO has gathered 32,000 soldiers, 1,000 tanks and armored vehicles, and 235 aircraft and helicopters near the borders of Russia and Belarus.
