Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan received the head of the political bureau of Hamas, Ismail Haniya, in Istanbul, according to TRT Haber TV. The television channel reported that during the closed-door meeting, issues regarding a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, the exchange of hostages with Israel, and the delivery of humanitarian aid to the Palestinian territory were discussed.
