Israeli government spokesperson Avi Heyman stated today, Thursday, that "Israel will not be deterred from continuing its war against Hamas." He said, "There is no force on the ground that can prevent Israel from protecting its citizens and pursuing Hamas in Gaza." Heyman's remarks come a day before the International Court of Justice issues its ruling on South Africa's request for an order to halt military operations in the Gaza Strip. Israel has confirmed on multiple occasions that it will continue its war in Gaza until all various battalions of Hamas are eliminated.
