Southern Front Engulfed in Fire: Exchange of Fire Between Israel and Lebanon

Israeli warplanes carried out a series of intense airstrikes today, Wednesday, targeting the "Al-Labouna" area south of the town of Naqoura at the southern Lebanese border. Israeli artillery also targeted the town of Maroun al-Ras this afternoon. The Merjeyoun region and Markaba were hit by Israeli artillery, with shells landing on the Hammamiss hill in Sarda. The shelling extended to the outskirts of Yarin and Al-Jabain. Additionally, a shell fired by the Israeli army landed between houses in the town of Muhaybib, but it did not result in any injuries.

According to Al-Manar's correspondent, these are some of the airstrikes carried out by hostile warplanes on the outskirts of Naqoura, which also targeted the outskirts of Al-Bustan, Marouhin, and Ramia. Israeli army radio reported that several rockets were fired from Lebanon into open areas near Ras Naqoura in northern Israel. For its part, the "Islamic Resistance" announced that it targeted the Malakiyah site with a Burkan missile, achieving a direct hit. It also targeted the naval site with appropriate weapons this afternoon, also achieving a direct hit.
