The leader of the Iraqi "Asa'ib Ahl al-Haq," Qais al-Khazali, warned the United States that its interests would be at risk should Tel Aviv launch an attack on Hezbollah. In his speech, al-Khazali stated that if the U.S. continues to support Israel and the latter attacks Lebanon and Hezbollah, American interests in the region and Iraq would become targets. He also mentioned leaks indicating Israel's intention to expand its operations by attacking Lebanon and Hezbollah, threatening to take action.
