The Truth About the Disappearance of Two Egyptian Women After Their Pilgrimage Trip

An Egyptian security source has revealed the truth behind circulating posts on social media regarding the disappearance of two women after their pilgrimage trip. The source confirmed that officials from the Egyptian Interior Ministry had monitored the posts, and upon investigation, it was found that the two women were not registered in the Egyptian unified pilgrimage system, according to the newspaper "Al-Shorouk."

It became clear that the two women were in Saudi Arabia for private visits, and during the search, the family of one of them reported that she had returned home. The source emphasized that no reports of missing persons had been received from the Egyptian pilgrimage mission.

It is worth mentioning that the Ministry of State for Migration and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs has urged Egyptians who have lost contact with their loved ones performing pilgrimage rituals, whether in Mecca, Medina, or other holy sites, to inform the Consulate General of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Jeddah. The report should include the informant's details, their contact number, the details of the missing person, and the relationship to the reported individual.
