"Al-Zulal": A Multi-Use Project in Al-Bujairi

The Diriyah Company has unveiled details about the Al-Zulal project, considered one of the most significant multi-use developments located in the Al-Bujairi area overlooking Wadi Hanifah and the historic At-Turaif district. The project is strategically located next to the famous Al-Bujairi viewpoint and is also near the Diriyah Center for Future Arts, as well as the soon-to-open Bab Samhan Hotel.

The project is scheduled to open in the first half of 2025 and will provide rental spaces totaling up to 14,000 square meters, offering jobs for approximately 500 people. Upon completion, it will include office buildings and rental spaces covering about 6,000 square meters, along with 12 diverse commercial spaces amounting to about 8,000 square meters.

Once opened, thousands of visitors who come daily to the Al-Bujairi viewpoint will benefit from this project, which will become the latest completed area in our rapidly evolving master plan. Additionally, underground parking accommodating 1,400 vehicles will be built for visitors, with easy access linked directly to Wadi Hanifah and Imam Abdulaziz bin Muhammad bin Saud Road, as well as a designated area for public transportation and pedestrian access.

The company has opened leasing opportunities for numerous local and foreign businesses that see the project as a promising investment for their various brands, benefiting from its distinguished location and unique heritage and environmental surroundings. Negotiations are currently underway to lease locations to several renowned global brands looking to launch their operations in the Kingdom for the first time, in addition to various local companies across different sectors.

Jerry Inzerillo, CEO of the Diriyah Group of Companies, confirmed that the project has received positive feedback, noting that advanced negotiations are ongoing with both local and international companies eager to take advantage of the project's prime location in the heart of Diriyah, as well as the diverse spaces available for commercial areas, restaurants, cafes, and administrative offices.

He pointed out that construction work on the project is in full swing, and the Al-Zulal project is expected to maintain the significant momentum ongoing in Diriyah. "The Al-Zulal Project" is identified as one of the tourism, heritage, and cultural multi-use projects that the Diriyah Company is developing in distinguished locations with sustainable standards, which have been announced in recent times.

The Al-Bujairi area will feature international restaurants and a variety of well-known brands opening their branches for the first time in the Kingdom and the Middle East, close to the historic At-Turaif district, which is listed on UNESCO’s World Heritage List. This is in line with Diriyah Company’s commitment to global sustainability standards and enhancing environmental protection and quality of life while utilizing the best and latest technologies in this field.
