While U.S. President Joe Biden has been working hard to divert voters' attention from his health and fitness during his first presidential debate against Donald Trump, his disastrous performance has turned it into a "central" issue that significantly undermines the Democrats' hopes of winning the upcoming presidential term. Biden, at 81 years old, is the oldest president in U.S. history and is now seeking a second term. His mental and physical fitness has been scrutinized more than ever, especially due to his frequent stumbles and incomprehensible behaviors, as a famous expert revealed the potential cosmetic procedures he may have undergone.
Hollywood plastic surgeon Gary Motykie estimates that Biden has spent around $160,000 on multiple facelift procedures, asserting that he has undergone more cosmetic surgeries than his competitor Donald Trump, who is aging "more naturally" than Biden, according to the Daily Mail. Motykie suggests that Biden may have undergone several procedures to hide the signs of aging and likely had eyelid and forehead lifts.
Motykie, who operates a medical resort in West Hollywood favored by celebrities, notes that in contrast, 78-year-old Trump has had fewer cosmetic surgeries than Biden, estimating that the former president has spent about $100,000 on cosmetic procedures, mostly for hair restoration surgery, affirming that his famous orange skin tone is due to products.
The doctor mentions that Trump has struggled with his hair for some time and has undergone several surgeries to restore it, suggesting that his unusual hairstyle may be aimed at covering that. Trump's first wife, Ivana, supported claims that he underwent surgery for hair restoration, stating in her 1990 testimony that he became upset over a scalp reduction surgery performed the previous year, known as "alopecia reduction."
Motykie confirms he does not see signs of facelifts on Trump, noting that when he speaks, his face is full of expressions, leading him to believe that Trump does not use "Botox." He adds that Biden also underwent a similar hair restoration procedure but likely used more advanced techniques such as hair grafting from the back of his head. He affirms that the American president shows "signs that he may have had one or two facelifts" and has also undergone surgeries on both the upper and lower eyelids, stating that his forehead shows an unnatural expression for a man.
**Health Issues**
Aside from cosmetic surgery, both candidates have faced other health-related issues. Biden's personal doctor, Kevin O'Connor, stated that physical examinations have shown he is a healthy man. The report indicates that Biden's stiff gait was due to changes from arthritis in his spine, and he has been using a continuous positive airway pressure machine to help treat his sleep apnea. In early 2023, a small piece of cancerous skin was removed from Biden, but he was in good health.
The most damning analysis of Biden came from Special Counsel Robert Hur's report, which examined whether the president mishandled classified documents at his home in Delaware, claiming that Biden was an elderly man with a poor memory.
As for Trump, during his presidential run in 2015, his doctor issued a statement saying, “I can unequivocally say that Trump will be the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency." Similarly, Trump's confident claims include asserting that he excelled in a cognitive test, although he did not provide details. His last medical examination during his presidency in 2020 indicated he was in good health, and during the debate, Trump claimed to feel as fit as he did 30 years ago, even boasting about his ability to play golf. However, Trump's diet is known to consist of fast food and pizza, and he drinks up to 12 Diet Cokes daily.
