The Iranian Foreign Ministry has announced that a mechanism agreed upon by Iran, Qatar, Pakistan, the United States, and Lebanon aims to oversee the implementation of a ceasefire in Lebanon and to prevent any escalation on the ground.
The Iranian Foreign Ministry confirmed that the involved parties have agreed on a joint mechanism, which includes Iran, Qatar, Pakistan, the United States, and Lebanon, to monitor the situation on the ground and work towards preventing any deterioration of the security situation in Lebanon.
Additionally, the ministry emphasized that ceasing attacks on Lebanon is an integral part of the memorandum of understanding, asserting that the United States' commitment to this provision is "clear and explicit."
