Reports indicate that the hospital was out of service and the building was unoccupied at the time of the strike.

The Israeli army also issued a warning, through its spokesperson Avichay Adraee, of an impending attack on a house in Arabsalim, which was bombed shortly thereafter.
An Israeli drone strike also targeted the vicinity of the Teachers' House in Nabatieh, coinciding with artillery shelling of Wadi Al-Hujair and the riverbank at the outskirts of Western Zawtar.

During the early morning hours, Israeli aircraft launched an airstrike on the town of Al-Mansouri around 1 AM, while artillery shelling affected Doha Kafr Rumman, Wadi Al-Hujair, the outskirts of Eastern Zawtar, and Mifdoun.
In addition, Israeli forces carried out a series of explosions during the early morning hours, targeting the town of Arnoun near the castle and the town of Rashaf, amidst ongoing field escalation across several southern regions.
