10-Year-Old Lifts 115 Kilograms: Meet the Little Legend

The British newspaper "Daily Mail" reported that 10-year-old Rawan Omali has become one of the strongest school students in Britain, after successfully lifting 115 kilograms in the "Deadlift" exercise and 110 kilograms in the squat lift, which is more than double his weight. The "Daily Mail" mentioned that Omali, who lives in Coventry, follows a protein-rich diet and consumes 3,500 calories daily. On a typical day, Rawan eats three servings of scrambled eggs in the morning and beef or fish for dinner. The UK's National Health Service advises children of his age to consume only about 2,000 calories per day.
