Former minister Walid Jumblatt stated that the "framework agreement is a unilateral agreement imposed by Israel on a Lebanese team both abroad and domestically, who possess limited expertise in law and diplomacy."
Jumblatt once again urged the state to quickly prepare new shelters in the South.
He considered the situation as "a result of handing over the nation's fate to groups unfamiliar with international politics, whose sole interest is power."
He added, "Peace with Israel is impossible."
