Injured Barcelona Stars Await Return to the Field

Barcelona is not only struggling with poor results this season, but it is also facing other issues, most notably the absence of several key players due to various injuries. According to the newspaper "Sport," the Catalan giant has finally welcomed back young Spanish star Ansu Fati, 19, who has missed most of last season and the beginning of the current one.

Dutch coach Ronald Koeman, who is at risk of being dismissed, hopes to recover more of the team's injured stars, primarily Spanish player Jordi Alba, impressive young talent Pedri, as well as Balde, Ousmane Dembélé, veteran Argentine striker Sergio Agüero, and Danish forward Martin Braithwaite. Agüero and Braithwaite are expected to return, with Agüero yet to participate in any match for "Blaugrana" since joining Barcelona in June after leaving Manchester City.

Jordi Alba sustained an injury during the match against Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League, which ended in a harsh defeat for Piqué’s teammates, with a score of three goals to none. Reports indicate that Alba may be sidelined for three to four weeks and could return after the international break in October.

As for 18-year-old Pedri, he might feature in Barcelona's match against Portuguese club Benfica in the UEFA Champions League next Wednesday. Balde, who was injured during his team’s match against Granada, is likely to return following the international break after recovering from a back injury.

Regarding the return of French star Ousmane Dembélé, he is expected to participate with Barcelona in November after recovering from a knee injury sustained while playing for the French national team in the recent UEFA European Championship.
