A new name has emerged in the investigations involving the TikTok gang, this time a fashion designer named Rony A. He was arrested by the Cyber Crime Bureau in the area of Dhour Choueir and will undergo ongoing investigations, bringing the total number of detainees in the case to 15. Recently, Rony gained notoriety for organizing parties between Beirut and Dubai, featuring young people he claims to manage, based on testimonies given during the investigations.

Rony identifies himself as a fashion designer and has social media pages where he sells dance outfits. The case is experiencing many developments, with additional arrests and the discovery of a stash of drugs hidden in chocolate bars that were used to sedate minors before their assault, thus getting them addicted to drugs, in addition to witnesses appearing on television.

Moreover, Sweden rejected the extradition of the accused, Paul Al-Mawashi, to Interpol due to the lack of judicial agreements with Lebanon, posing a significant obstacle to the investigations. Judicial sources confirmed that the Ministry of Justice may seek to request Al-Mawashi’s return from Sweden.
