Title: Who is Mbappe's Mother, the Fierce Player Known as the Wolf?

Mbappe's mother, Fayza Lamari, won her significant battle with the administration of Real Madrid regarding the financial terms for her son's signing with the highly sought-after team, amid interest from other major European clubs. It is no longer a secret that French international player Kylian Mbappe will leave his current team, Paris Saint-Germain, next summer for Real Madrid. The new development, as reported by Spanish media on February 22, is that the royal club, led by its experienced president, Florentino Perez, has agreed to the financial terms set by the French football star for his contract.

Both parties have reportedly agreed on a signing bonus of €100 million and an annual salary of €15 million, with Mbappe receiving 80% of his image rights compared to the 20% for Real Madrid. Previously, all star players of the team only received 50% of their image rights. Fayza Lamari's firmness and aggression in defending her son's financial rights and her strong trust in his abilities were evident in 2011 when Kylian was just 12 years old and was undergoing trials and a training period with Chelsea FC.

After that period, one of the coaches asked Fayza to return later to evaluate the young player again. Fayza responded, "No, we will never come back. If you want to sign him, then sign him now. In five years, you will come back and pay £50 million for him." This story was recounted by French agent Daniel Boga in statements to British magazine "The Athletic" in July 2023, during which he acted as a translator between Mbappe's mother and Chelsea club officials.

Some French media describe Mbappe's mother, Fayza Lamari, as the "wolf" who fiercely defends her son. It seems she has retained this fierce spirit in defending her son's interests since she was a fierce player in handball. Fayza Lamari was a player for the Bondy handball club, the team from her birthplace in 1974, to parents of Algerian origin from the "Petite Kabylie" region, specifically from the town of "Amizour" in Bejaia, east of Algiers.

Former president of Bondy club, Jean Louis Kimon, recalls athlete Fayza Lamari well, stating in a press interview: "On the field, she was a fighter and played with great intensity; one had to avoid provoking her. The interactions with her competitors were not always friendly." Fayza Lamari continued her involvement with Bondy handball until 2001 when she stopped practicing her favorite sport at the age of 27 to pursue a career aligned with her studies, having obtained a diploma in educational sciences that allowed her to work as an organizer at a recreation center in her hometown.

Fayza worked at the recreation center for 12 years; however, this did not impede her from caring for her son Kylian and his brother Ethan, born in 2006, as well as another adopted son, Congolese Giras Kombo Ikoko, born in 1988, who also became a professional player. Fayza was attentive to every detail related to Kylian Mbappe since he was a small elementary school student. This was confirmed by his former French teacher, Nicole Laveveur, during a documentary aired on the French sports channel "L'Équipe" in November 2018. Teacher Laveveur revealed that Kylian was the only student in his fifth-grade class who had a card his mother prepared requesting all of his teachers to record their observations on his behavior in class.
