Two sources familiar with Hezbollah operations told Reuters that "three members of the party were killed today, Tuesday, in a strike targeting their vehicle in the town of Ghondouria in southern Lebanon." The sources did not specify the identities of the victims at this time. An enemy drone reportedly conducted an attack around 9:20 AM, targeting a rapid vehicle on the road in Ghondouria with a guided missile.
Rescue teams subsequently headed to the scene. Reports indicated that several paramedics sustained minor injuries while attempting to retrieve the wounded from the vehicle, as a drone hovered above them at a low altitude, prompting emergency and firefighting teams to withdraw.
The "Islamic Resistance" issued a statement mourning "the martyr, the mujahid Muhammad Sharif Sayyed Nasser (Sayyed Sharif) from the town of Hayy al-Fikani in Baalbek, who fell a martyr on the Way to Jerusalem."
In the southern front, 20 rockets were launched from southern Lebanon towards Israel this morning, and Israel continued to bombard border areas. An intercepting missile exploded in the skies above the town of Mais al-Jabal and its vicinity. Surveillance aircraft flew at low altitude over the Tyre area and its suburbs.
In response to the assassination of Sheikh Saleh Al-Arouri and his companions in the southern suburb of Beirut, and the assassination of Wissam Al-Tawil (Abu Jawad), the "Islamic Resistance" targeted the command center of the Northern Region of the Israeli army in the city of Safed (Dado Base) with several kamikaze drones, according to a statement from the "Resistance."
Additionally, at 2:20 PM on Tuesday, they targeted a gathering of Israeli enemy soldiers around the Edmit barracks with missile fire, resulting in a direct hit. The "Islamic Resistance" also reported the targeting of the Yiftah barracks with missile fire and a direct hit at 9:40 AM.
The Israeli army reported that a northern base was attacked by an airstrike without causing any damage or injuries.
